"I had a bespoke 2 hour 1:1 coaching session with Ruth at the end of a long season of competitions. Ahead of the session, I sent her a copy of my current training plan, and videos of recent competitions and training sessions. We spent some time working on technical weaknesses identified from these videos, and talked about my current approach to training. After the session Ruth sent me a summary of everything we spoke about with recommendations on how I can optimise my training whilst still fitting it around a busy student life. The session was super engaging and enjoyable and I would thoroughly recommend Ruth as a coach. Looking forward to more sessions in the future!"
