Coaching

Seeing people progress and achieve things they never thought were possible has to be my favourite thing about coaching! Before I begin any long term coaching, we will complete an assessment session where I look at your strengths and identify areas to focus on. Following this, we will have either weekly or monthly 1:1 coaching sessions to supplement a personalised training plan. I also offer one off coaching sessions focussing on an area of performance of your choice – e.g. dynamic movement, footwork etc.

If neither of these options are quite what you're looking for, don't hesitate to get in touch and we will find an arrangement to suit.

Price List

Prices include do not include travel outside of Greater Manchester, centre entry or equipment hire.

Coaching Session

£40 per person per hour

Is there a specific area of performance you'd like to work on? Book on to have a tailored coaching session to help you improve and push your grade!

I offer a discount for higher ratios; 20% for 1:2, 30% for 1:3, and 40% for 1:4-6.

A 25% discount is also available when booking 3 or more sessions!

Silver Coaching Package

£110 per 4 weeks

A great option for those who can't be in Manchester regularly, or prefer more independence in their training! We will begin with a 2.5 hour benchmarking session, testing your physical attributes and assessing your technique. Based on this, you'll be given a wholly personalised training plan taking into account your physical and technical strengths and weaknesses, as well as the time and facilities available to you. Weekly coach feedback will be available through shared training diary, and your progress will be reviewed regularly and training focusses adjusted accordingly.


Minimum commitment of 8 weeks.

Gold Coaching Package

£170 per 4 weeks

The full package! Weekly 1 to 1 coaching sessions lasting 1.5 hours in addition to a wholly personalised training plan taking into consideration your physical and technical strengths and weaknesses, as well as the time and facilities available to you.

We will begin with an initial benchmarking session, where we will test your physical attributes, and assess your technique. Following this, you will be provided with a training plan to follow, supplemented with a private coaching session once a week. You'll have access to 'out of session' coach support, and regular feedback through a shared training diary. We will review progress periodically, and adjust training focuses accordingly. 

Minimum commitment of 8 weeks.
